Day by day schedule:
Day 1. Arrival in Marrakech.
Meet the group members and prepare the motorbikes.
Day 2. Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou about 200km
The first day of the journey from Marrakech to Ait Ben Haddou about 200km. We will ride through Tizi n’Tichka - the bikers favourite pass, take memorable photos and go to Ait Ben Haddou. Since 1987 the town has been protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. We will visit the historical monument of Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, where the films like The Mummy, Game of Thrones, etc. were filmed.On this day we can split the group into those who will go off-road and tarmac. Off-road route is about 70-80km of medium difficulty (rock, dirt).
Day 3. Ait Ben Haddou - the dam Bin El-Ouidane in the province of Azilal – to the North of Morocco, about 300km
Ait Ben Haddou – the dam Bin El-Ouidane in the province of Azilal – to the North of Morocco, and today we will cover 300km. We will drive through a national park with a visit to the waterfall Ouzoud, where argan and olives grow, guarded by playfull monkeys. Overnight stay will be in a hotel on the shores of the colorfully layered dam Bin El-Ouidane.
Day 4. Azilal – Boumalne Dades about 240km
Azilal – Boumalne Dades 240km. Today we will pass four passes one of them at attitude 3005 metres, where we will enjoy magnificent views of the High Atlas Mountains and its curves.
Day 5. Boumalne Dades - Merzouga about 250km
Boumalne Dades - Merzouga 250km. After breakfast we will drive to Merzouga (Sahara). Merzouga is known for its distinctive landscapes and Berber culture.Dunes, camel trekking and star gazing are some of the local attractions for tourists. On the way, we will visit a canyon and an underground river.
Day 6. Rest day
In the evening camel ride and sunset meeting. For those who wish, we can organise a tour around the dune by jeep or motorbike.
Day 7. Merzouga - Taghbalte about 220km
Merzouga – Taghbalte - we have 220km on this day. After visiting Gara Medouar, again famous for the Hollywood movie shooting, we can split the group for off road and on road. In the evening we will meet at Serdrar Tazzarine camp. The off-road route is about 70-80km of medium difficulty (sand, rock, dirt).
Day 8. Taghbalte - Foum Zguid about 210km
For off-road lovers: today we have a section of road that used to be used for one of the stages of the Paris-Dakar Rally. The off-road route is about 90km of medium-heavy difficulty for experienced riders. (sand, rock, soil). The rest of the group rides on asphalt.
Day 9. Foum Zguid - Agadir about 350km
We leave the Sahara landscapes and head west to the Atlantic coast to the resort town of Agadir, where we will spend two nights to enjoy the freshness and the sunsets of the Ocean.
Day 10. Agadir rest day - free time.
Splendid 4 hour ride along the Atlantic seacoast towards Essaouira and back or you can enjoy the beach and have free time.
Day 11. Agadir - Marrakech about 250km
Last day of our journey: we will offer you a choice of two roads for on-road and one for off-road to travel back to Marrakesh.
